These earbuds, when you can get them to work, actually have decent and relatively immersive sound quality, and seem well made. The problem is that they aren't entirely user friendly. Compared to other wireless earbuds I've owned, these seem to come with additional problems and quirks to work around that make it harder for the user to easily get these connected and working - they require you to push the button of the case for a specific amount of time while having the earbuds in the case in order to sync them with your phone, and they suggest that you download an app, though I had trouble getting the app to open and didn't really understand the point of it. Other wireless earbuds I've owned also have a feature on the case that tells you the amount of battery percentage left, but this one does not. This is kind of a shame because sound quality I'd rate on the higher side and felt the bass was excellent, but the elderly and people with low patience who demand a user friendly experience might not appreciate the hiccups in this product.
