The design of the chargeable holder adopts the design of Apple’s Air Pod-style charging case. Here are the details...Charge the case with wireless lavs inside, and then whenever lavs are put back, they start charging again! This little design homage has a one-up on Apple, by providing a digital display on the outside of the case of the remaining charge time on the batteries! These lavaliers work very well, they're easy to use and sound great. They pair instantly and automatically, so well that the instruction manual is extremely short; they just work! The sound quality is great (seriously, for the price, it's amazing), and they look nice. However, based on their size, they're a little noticeable. Therefore, if you’re looking to hide them from the camera, it might be tricky. They're very efficient at saving power...to the point of being too efficient; they’re a little too fast to shut down and lose pairing with the receiver. This has a quick fix, however: just unplug the receiver from the phone and plug it back in and you’re in business again! The paired color for the receiver is red, while the paired color for the mic is green. Once you get this, it's easy to use.It seems like the only way to record is on your phone. Yet, there are other plugs, so I'm not sure if mine just had an issue. The USB-C-looking port on the side of the receiver doesn’t accept any USB-C plugs… I tried to shove it in, but it seems too tight or not quite the right shape or too small. The set comes with USB-C earbuds, but they don’t work with the port there, either.I thought the receiver might work with a computer if you have a USB-C cable (and the set comes with a regular USB to USB-C cable that is used to charge the case), but I couldn't get it to work.If anyone knows if the port on the side of the receiver does anything, please post!
