My car has CarPlay but I have had trouble connecting my phone to it. I have tried multiple times to get it to connect but I have not been able to do so. I got this adapter to see if it would help. This adapter was easy to set up and start using. It was able to connect it to my car's CarPlay and my phone without issue or trouble. I was able to quickly connect and configure CarPlay for use with this adapter. I am now able to use the various apps on my phone with CarPlay. My favorites are the map and podcast app. The adapter is well made and has survived being in my car without issue. This CarPlay magic box has been a nice addition to my car that is easy to use and work with, a nice find.
