If you have connection issues and need support, you have to get on a calendar for them to call you I say them but maybe it is just one person since I was 3 days out so I emailed this is my 2nd set so I am very comfortable with the product but this set wasn't acting right and I knew it. The email support person seemed to be clueless after waiting 2 days for a reply to a very in-depth email, every base was covered in detail she writes back "Was it turned on?" I don't think she even read my email so I repeated myself in grave detail 2 days later it get "Send me a model and serial number" By this time the set started connecting correctly on it's own. All she did was make me mad. She just replies doesn't even read your letter so get on the calendar and wait for a call I think that is where the smart people are.I got these headphones for my older parents. There is an issue with controlling the volume of the TV when I am there. My mom has hearing aids and my dad refuses to wear his, so it's a constant battle over volume. So I was hoping to find something where they could each control the volume of their headphones and I don't have to yell over a loud TV. There is only one problem. After spending some time on setting everything up, writing down direction and everything for my parents, they don't use them. At all. It's actually too complicated for them to use or they just don't bother. They are used to turning TV on. TV working. Even though this might be each for everyone else, this product literally needs to be, Turn TV on, headphones work - without messing around with TV settings or additional buttons. My parents hate technology and I hate yelling at them over a loud TV. I still don't know what to do!I am very disappointed with the sound quality. Also, I don't like that the second headphone uses a micro USB cable to charge instead of the USB-c like the other one. I hate micro usb cables because they only go in one way. I'm going to try something else and if it's better these are going back.We have two sets of these and use all the time to experience fantastic sound from our TV. Super for musical programs and for someone hearing impaired.NOT AS DISCRIBED. ONLY ONE HEADPHONE FOR TV USE. HAD TO RETURN SECOND AND PURCHASE ANOTHER FOR TV. CERTAINLY NOT A TV BUNDLE.Though relatively easy to install, the headphones don't stay connected to bluetooth. Have to reset with each use. Purchased for my elderly parents so they could enjoy TV viewing more, but too complicated with having to reset with each use. Frustrated.This is NOT a dual set. These are multiple headphones sent separately, they also don't come with stand as pictured. Might as well buy 2 Quality headphones and make your own set
