Ordered this unit, turned it on and connected to the app. The app said, "There's an update for this unit, update now?" Sure why not, I thought. It started the update, got halfway through and then became unresponsive.Now when I turn it on, it just gets stuck on the home screen.So I called Chauvet and spoke to Joe in tech support, who told me that "updating the unit will cause it to brick and there's nothing I can do but return it!" Palm in face, I asked..."What should I do then?" Joe replied, "send it back and we'll send you a new one in two weeks, and just never update it, even though it tells you."Uhh.... Chauvet, why would you release a product that doesn't work?
