This is the perfect solution for what I was looking for. I now keep my headphones close at hands and the K&M is sturdy, reliable, pretty cheap and good looking!Great for holding headphones as well as cableHolds headphone. I guess my only complaint is that the height means the connector for my DT 1770 Pro headphones would be supporting some weight. I have this positioned on my speakers for my PC so it is not an issue with my setup. Connector for the 1770 pro is a lengthy mini xlr, so this is likely not an issue with headsets that use smaller 3.5 jacks, and wouldn't be a concern with non detachable wired headphones. You can also avoid this all together by leaning the headphone with no connector towards the ground more leaving more space for the connector on the other side, or by collapsing the headphones into the band completely which means you would need to adjust before putting on every time.Nice looking, solid construction, reasonably priced, and weighted nicely so it won't fall over. What more can you ask for? This is the perfect solution for any home or project studio, to keep headphones safe and at-the-ready, when not in use. This mounts well on a microphone stand or a high-hat stand. I own several of them, and they are built to the same excellent quality of other K&M products. One thing to note: When using this on a standard K&M microphone stand, the rubber node at the end of the pressure screw sits at a slight angle to the stand. On a heavy duty K&M stand (which is a slightly larger diameter), it sits perfectly flat, with even pressure. This does not present a problem for a standard stand, and the unit does not slip, but I would imagine that, if left in place on a standard stand over time, the uneven pressure on the thumb screw might cause it to bend slightly. All of my microphone stands are K&M, both standard and heavy duty. Of course, it works on any brand stand. It’s very sturdy and simplistic but that’s what I wantedWorks well with Sennheiser, Beyerdynamic and Hifiman headphone sets. The design is very functional and they are made of metal.Perfect for keeping my headphones handy and off the studio floor. Made in Germany, which is great because we all know how the Germans are picky about their audio equipment and accessories. Next best thing to Made in the USA.This obviously keeps your headphones rested in between takes, and I also use them to loop the mic lead onto after the session, leaving the mic end still plugged in. HandyBought two of these to hold four pairs of headphones which they do perfectly each one is capable of holding two medium sized headphones and the rubber coating protects the headband from damage and wear, the clamps are fully adjustable and don't have to be fitted to a mic stand, mine are attached to a lamp stand, perfect.Very sturdy and big enough for two sets of headphones. Recommended.ExecellentSturdy clamp, made in Germany. In the manual/leaflet they specify that they offer parts for their products for 5 years after the product being discontinued, which shows commitment from the company - something I appreciate. As a con, I could say that depending on the thickness of the plane you're attaching the clamp to, the screw with the nob may protrude quite a bit and if that's a problem for you, you may look for something else more light/slimmer.
