This worked exactly as described. Including plugging it in and connecting it to bluetooth as instructed I had this thing up and running in less than a minute with my galaxy s21 ultra and android auto. When I get in and start my truck, I counted 5 seconds from when I turned the key to when android auto showed up honestly faster than I can plug in the cord. There were two things I was worried about, with this device being bluetooth would it interrupt the E911 feature which works over bluetooth to my truck? The other issue I had a concern about was that if I plugged my phone in to charge while using wireless android auto that it would cause a conflict and like switch to direct wire and be a nuisance. Both would have been a dealbreaker but I'm Happy to report neither were an issue. My phone still connects to my truck via bluetooth simultaneously (although admittedly I did not attempt an outbound E911 call) it looks connected the same way it used to. And when I plug in my phone to charge in the USB port android auto stays connected wirelessly, I set my phone to charging only mode after testing so it doesnt give me a data request prompt when I connect it to my truck and its even more seamless. Honestly had I given this product a chance I would be happy at the price point. Works exactly as described.
