As pictured you can see these headphones were 100% on noise cancellation. We had two flights both flights totaling about 1 hour and 15 minutes and he stayed asleep the entire time. This was his first time traveling via plane and I am so glad we got to implement these headphones. It is nothing worse than feeling embarrassed when you know your child is uncomfortable and you cannot soothe them in a crowd of people. I will say of course the results will depend on your baby and their tolerance for sitting or laying down for extended periods of time especially if they are not a good sleeper. Our biggest concern was helping him avoid the aggravation of his ears popping after we reached a certain altitude and they did just that!
