Unfortunately my Pixel 6A does not have wireless charging. This is the solution for anyone in a similar situation with a phone that has a USB C charging port like most Android phones. Previously I bought a wireless receiver rated at 5V/1A. Did not register any charging current as measured on Accubattery app. This receiver/adapter is rated at 5V/2A, and works as expected. Not Fast charging but I charge on a bedside charger overnight, so speed is not a major concern. Charges at 4.7 to 5.2 W. I only charge to 80% to extend battery life cycle. Installation is simple, plug in the USB Type C connector into the charging port, align the receiver on the back of the phone and cover with the case. It is very thin and adds no bulge under the case. I use a Spigen Tough Armor case which is pretty thick, and it does not hinder the charging. My intention is not to switch back and forth from wireless to wired charging, which would require removal of the case and the USB charging connector. However, if required, pulling out the connector is really easy. I hold the metal on either side and gently pull it straight out. My recommendation for a wireless charging receiver/adapter is read the specs and DO NOT BUY A 5V/1A. BUY THE 5V/2A. The different brands are all made in China and are probably generic with just different packaging and graphics. I am searching for a 5V/3A or higher, which would charge even faster, but I don't think they exist yet. Happy with my purchase and do recommend.
